Planning & Design

To meet the client’s requirements, various renderings were created to visualize the design concept. These renderings were then adjusted and converted into technical drawings and budgeting estimations.

Throughout the process, construction materials were carefully selected and a comprehensive cost analysis was conducted. On-site inspections were carried out at different stages to identify any potential problems. Preliminary analysis revealed a few challenges, which were promptly communicated to the client along with suggested solutions to overcome them.

Our team’s objective is to provide the client with a thorough understanding of the project’s feasibility and cost. By analyzing the design, materials, and potential challenges, we aim to ensure the successful creation of a bar on top of their commercial building.
