Bei diesem Bauprojekt wurden umfangreiche Abrissarbeiten, Entsorgung von Abf\u00e4llen und andere Gegenst\u00e4nde \u00fcber mehrere Jahre hinweg auf der Baustelle durchgef\u00fchrt. Das besch\u00e4digte Dach sowie T\u00fcren und Fenster wurden entfernt. Die Raumaufteilung wurde umgestaltet, um sie funktionaler zu gestalten. Treppen und B\u00f6den wurden erneuert, um die Sicherheit, \u00c4sthetik und Best\u00e4ndigkeit zu verbessern. Alle elektrischen Verkabelungen sowie die Innen- und Au\u00dfenbeleuchtung wurden aktualisiert. Die Sanit\u00e4r- und Badeeinrichtungen wurden komplett erneuert. F\u00fcr die Balkone und Carports wurden neue D\u00e4cher aus hochbelastbarem Polycarbonat gebaut. Dar\u00fcber hinaus wurden neue Tore hinzugef\u00fcgt, um die Sicherheit zu verbessern und dem Geb\u00e4ude einen modernen Look zu verleihen. Unser Ansatz besteht darin, in Schl\u00fcsselbereiche zu investieren, die die Immobilie hervorheben und potenzielle Mieter anziehen. Dazu geh\u00f6rt die Schaffung einer funktionalen und gut ausgestatteten K\u00fcche, die Auswahl hochwertiger M\u00f6bel zur Verbesserung der Wohnr\u00e4ume, die Einrichtung eines begehbaren Kleiderschranks f\u00fcr zus\u00e4tzlichen Komfort und die Auffrischung des Massivholzbodens, um ihm einen frischen und modernen Look zu verleihen. <\/p>\n

Dar\u00fcber hinaus legen wir Wert darauf, die Badezimmer den zeitgen\u00f6ssischen Standards anzupassen, sodass sie sowohl optisch ansprechend als auch funktional sind. Um einen Hauch nat\u00fcrlicher Sch\u00f6nheit inmitten der st\u00e4dtischen Landschaft zu schaffen, empfehlen wir au\u00dferdem, einen Balkon mit Gr\u00fcnpflanzen zu versehen und somit einen ruhigen Raum in einer Umgebung mit begrenzten Gr\u00fcnfl\u00e4chen zu schaffen. <\/p>\n
