Corporate Office, Tower 66

The office renovation for a marketing agency was carried out at Tower 66 building on Sukhumvit Road. Due to the business’s tight schedule, the project had to be completed within a specific timeframe without disruptions to operations. As is typical for such projects, there were various bureaucratic procedures to adhere to, including obtaining approvals for drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations regarding materials used, and coordinating working hours at night to minimize disturbance to other tenants in the building.

Planning & Design
During the planning and design phase, there was a close collaboration with the client to ensure that their business requirements were effectively addressed. This involved thorough considerations such as scheduling, optimizing the layout for efficiency, maximizing natural lighting, and designating spaces for customer interactions to create a professional office environment. Future business expansion plans were factored into decisions regarding layout and seating capacity, all while staying within the client’s allocated budget for the relocation.
It was imperative to guarantee that all architectural drawings and details adhered to regulations and underwent a rigorous approval process by the building management. The bureaucratic elements of the project, including considerations for air ventilation, fire safety protocols, and worker training, should not be overlooked, particularly when operating under time constraints.
Renovation & Interior
New walls and partitions were installed, doors were added, carpeting was laid, and the entire space was painted. Additionally, a significant amount of cabling, power outlets, and LAN Cat 6 cables for IP phones were meticulously arranged to support the network infrastructure.
A compact pantry area was established, and 68 tables along with office chairs were assembled and delivered for the office setup.
