Planning & Design
This project involves creating a suitable layout for the kitchen area of a client’s house, as the family enjoys cooking. Material selection is important due to past termite issues, and colors and finishes are chosen for a warm, strong, and modern appearance.
The kitchen layout will be designed to meet the family’s cooking needs, with optimized placement of appliances and storage. Termite-resistant materials like stainless steel and solid oak will be used, providing durability and peace of mind. Warm tones and modern textures will be selected for a welcoming ambiance.
This project aims to create a functional and visually appealing kitchen space that prioritizes the client’s cooking needs, termite resistance, and desired aesthetic.
Renovation & Interior
After the design and technical drawings were approved, production began for the kitchen renovation. To minimize disturbance to other renovation sections, most items were manufactured outside the home.
Prior to final finishing, test fitting was conducted to ensure proper functionality. Once ready, the installation of all items was done swiftly, allowing the client to quickly start using the kitchen.
By efficiently managing the production and installation processes, the renovation team ensured timely completion of the project while minimizing disruption to the overall renovation work.
